Recipe for making aloo bhajjiya
Ingredients:
Gram flour - 2 cups
Onions - 3 big size
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Salt for taste
Sparkling water for making batter
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients except Potato and oil to make a batter slightly thicker than pouring consistency. Finely slice the potato, dip them in the batter and deep fry in hot oil (should be around 170degrees). Drain the excess oil using a kitchen tissue. Serve hot with ready made garlic chutney(dry variety)
